Welcome to Thriv Intelligence, a premium market intelligence service provided by OROSFORT PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By purchasing a Founding Member subscription or accessing our intelligence archives, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

02. The Service

We provide verified market intelligence, analyst dossiers, and lead data for development agencies ("Service"). The data is provided "as is" and is intended strictly for B2B commercial outreach purposes.

03. Membership & Billing

• Subscription ValidityYour membership is billed monthly. You maintain access to the feed and archives as long as your subscription is active.
• Cancellation PolicyYou may cancel at any time via your account portal. Cancellation is immediate, but you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
• Refund Policy ("Zero-Waste Protocol")We offer a specific guarantee for data integrity. If a provided email bounces or a phone number is disconnected, we will provide a replacement dossier credit. We do not offer refunds based on "lack of closed deals" or performance metrics, as the nature of our product is digital information.

04. Usage Restrictions

Strict Prohibition: You are purchasing a license for internal use only. You may NOT resell, redistribute, scrape, or share our lead data with third parties. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

05. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
